0:14 When you click on that, it will take you to a page that looks like this. If you have placed an order with Black Oak Media, whether, you know, it was through the online portal, or with myself, or a team member, you will already have an account.

0:29 If you ever placed an order before, what you are going to do is you are going to go, uh, create an account, right here, and you are going to input your info, and then you will have an account set up.

0:39 So, if you already have an account, you are going to select whether you want to use your phone number or your email, and you are going to put in that information, and then it is going to send you a PIN, and you will input the PIN in a box that pops up here, and, uhm, once you input the PIN correctly,

1:01 So, this is the home page of the client portal. It is the order page. Let's say, you know, you have a listing coming up, you want to order your media, this is the simplest way to do it.

1:12 So, let's do it. So, let's say we want to go with a professional package. So, we are going to click select. 1:18 We are going to input an address. Let's do an address of a listing I have done recently that is easy to remember.

1:22 Remember, under admission, drive San Mateo. Okay, I don't remember what the square footage is, but we're just gonna say it was 2800.

1:31 And, it was vacant. And, you know, do you want the garage shot? That's up to you. Yes, shoot. Do not shoot the garage.

1:48 If you'd like to upgrade to a 60 cinematic video, that'll be an additional 100 bucks. So, you can just click that on.

2:33 And it's going to ask you for their information, the name, and the number. It's going to send them the information associated with the listing, um, not including the price so they won't know how much you paid for the media.

2:45 Um, but it will also send them a getting ready guide which looks like this. Which is a great thing for them to have because it lets them know what needs to happen in order for the to be in its most show-ready photographed.

3:01 state. So, once you've added the homeowner, if you wanted to, um, you could also add a co-agent or a team member, um, to the, to the listing.

3:14 So, you would go here, you'd input the first and last name, email, number. They'll get all the same information that you received.

3:22 So, if you have a, if you're co-listing with a different agent, if you have a marketing person that you want to have this information, if you have an assistant or a VA, any of them that need this information, that's where you would add them.

3:34 So, you'll click next and, um, if this is a property that, you know, maybe it's in an apartment building or it's in a big community that has a lot of amenities, you can add amenities for an additional 50 bucks.

3:49 You could click yes, add the amenities, um, and then you're going to, to tell me what amenities you would like.

3:57 So, you can do up to three. So, let's say, You know you want the pool shot, you want the tennis courts shot, and you want the basketball court shot.

4:11 So, you write it there. The floor plans that come complementary with the standard photo pack in all orders, um, they do not include square footage or dimensions.

4:24 If you would like square footage and dimensions, you're welcome to. Um, you're going to select right here yes or no.

4:31 If you do, it is a $20 upcharge. Let's go with no. The purpose of the floor plan for me and for Black Oak Media, what we deliver is it's just supposed to show the layout of the home, but, you know, if you want it to have that dimensions and square footage info, you can make that happen.
